This 3 part Triptych series can be sold as one work of art or separate.  Inspired by Surf City El Salvador, the country’s large scale development to bring global surf tourism to the incredible wave breaks on the Pacific Coast of El Salvador. Brought in as a consultant for the project, Evelin spent time appreciating the land before ground was broken on the project. Inspired by the raw fury of the sea and the intrepid adventurers braving the waters, she captured the energy and beauty of the sea while respecting its intense power and potential for pain. These pieces capture the perfect moment where man and nature are aligned in total respect and admiration, neither compromising but both rising and falling with the tides of the sea. The breaking of the waves on the shore is indicative of the impermanent essence of the sea while the glittering gold shows the beauty in the evolution.
